Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO II) and FDC Misamis Power Corporation
(FDCMPC) filed a Joint Application, dated 14 November 2024, seeking
the Commission’s approval of their Emergency Power Supply
Agreement (PSA), with prayer for confidential treatment of
information.
